All of our associates are certified coaches with leadership and industry experience and are members of a professional association such as the Association for Coaching.

As well as coaching and mentoring expertise, each coach brings with them a wide range of experience working in different industries, and organisations where they have built successful teams and delivered impressive results.

Huw Williams

Executive Coach

An ILM Level 7 certified coach, Huw also has 18 years of strategic C-Suite leadership experience at Managing Director and Vice President level, leading executive boards and management teams within the UK and internationally.

He has worked with John Lewis, Kingfisher, Bass Plc and Independent Distillers UK Ltd and was formally a Commercial Director and Executive board member for STG Plc.

Huw has expertise in organisational transformation, FMCG, regulated markets and retailing and is a member of the Association for Coaching.

Nicky Etherson

Executive Coach

Nicky’s career spans 25 years working in management and Executive Director roles both domestically and internationally for various subsea construction companies (TechnipFMC, Acergy) as well as TotalEnergies. Nicky is an experienced Non-Executive Director and runs a consultancy offering coaching and organisational change support. Nicky's approach to coaching builds on her experience and is relaxed but focused, using thought-provoking tools and questions. As well as being an ILM level 7 certified Executive coach and IOD member, Nicky has trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), which she utilises within her coaching practice.

James Brown

Executive Coach

James is an ILM Level 7 executive coach and member of the Association for Coaching. He has worked across international markets in senior leadership roles, including 10 years operations and engineering experience with BG, Lubrizol and BHP. Followed by 13 years consulting experience in the UK, and internationally. James is an MBA, a Chartered Chemical Engineer and was formerly a Director in Accenture’s Strategy and Consulting practice, working with companies such as Chevron, BP, Venator, Givaudan, Nestle, and Petronas.

James specialises in supporting executives with transforming their performance and with transitioning to new roles and geographies.
