As a leader I have always been passionate about getting the best out of people through coaching, mentoring and a focus on creating a positive, supportive team culture .
Through many years of success and failure, trial and error, observation and study I believe that all leaders need support to find their best self and to be able to bring out the best in their people.
I became a coach to help leaders become self aware, to enable them to communicate their vision, build a shared purpose and to create highly effective teams.
